The station des Monts d’Olmes never stops! Convivial, warm and pleasant to live in, it welcomes you summer or winter, with hiking boots or skis on your feet for unforgettable weekends or stays.

Located at the foot of the Saint-Barthélémy peak (2348m), it consists of a building positioned facing the slopes bringing together all amenities and typical mountain chalets. It benefits from all the advantages of the big resorts: restaurants and bars at the foot of the slopes, ski equipment rental and sales outlets, individual or group accommodation while remaining on a human scale. Inspiring, it saw the growth of Perrine Laffont, who is now a five-time world mogul skiing champion!

This is a skiing paradise in winter where young and old, beginners or experienced sportsmen, can enjoy the slopes and the Freeride area, to progress or challenge themselves.

In summer, as a couple, with friends or family, you can trythe many activities on offer or enjoy the freedom of the peaks, mountain lakes or starry skies during your bivouacs and hikes.

Off to the Monts d'Olmes

The Mont d’Olmes ski resort is ideal for a sporty family break. Parents and children alike appreciate the quality initiation to the joys of skiing. Qualified instructors from the Ecole de Ski Français offer gentle lessons to discover skiing or perfect your skills, with toddlers catered for in the snow garden.

The choice of 19 wide, unobstructed runs allows everyone to go at their own pace and enjoy connecting with nature in an exceptional natural setting.

Fans of thrills also enjoy the snowpark, the free ride area and the boarder cross, and children can take advantage of the 2 toboggan runs freely accessible.

The resort also offers a snowshoe trail, a trail skiing itinerary and regularly organizes original animations to try new experiences such as ski joering (horse-drawn skiing), igloo making, initiation to mogul skiing, etc.

In summer

a mountain of possibilities

In summer, the Monts d’Olmes resort is the meeting point for lovers of hiking and wide open spaces. It’s the royal road to the Etang de Fagebelle, Lac d’Appy, Mont Fourcat, Pic du Saint Barthélémy, etc.

The Sources chairlift is in operation to give you fun, fast access to the mountain. Hikers, fishermen, mountain bikers, contemplative types, or all four at once can find themselves at the Col de Cadène (1,800m altitude) in just 15 minutes for a breathtaking panoramic ride!

The station des Monts d’Olmes also offers a whole program of activities to spend a summer in the grand air: treasure hunts, ping pong, volley ball and many other activities to be found in our diary. At the same time, a trampoline, a disc-golf course and a ping-pong table, set up right at the foot of the resort’s slopes, are available free of charge. Baptisms and paragliding flights, as well as electric scooter rental, are available through service providers.

You can enjoy the terraces of thebars and restaurants between two hikes or activities – they’re open throughout the summer! Picnic tables are also at your disposal to share local produce and fill up on energy before setting off on further adventures!
