At La Bartavèla in Nalzen, you will find jams, compotes, fruit juices and vinegars from fruit that has been carefully processed through the seasons.

Picked locally, the products contain a minimum of 66g of fruit per 100g and EU AB beet sugar, with no added pectin or gelling agents. Better than recycling, the jars and bottles are recovered thanks to everyone's contribution! The preparations are made with the good old copper pairòl and wooden remenadora: in all authenticity!
