Cathy Tisseyre is a farmer-herbalist based between the Ariège and Aude regions, at the foot of the Plantaurel mountains at an altitude of 600 m. She picks her herbs in the wild and grows aromatic and medicinal plants .
Cathy also offers introductory courses and workshops in botany, wild plants and herbal medicine.
