  • Guidebook with maps/step-by-step
    Access: From Lavelanet, head towards Foix on the D117, then turn right towards the Pichobaquo mill. Continue along the small paved road for 2 km to the entrance of the Péreille Gorges at a place called ‘Comescure’.

    Start: Car park - climb up to the right towards Comescure.
    1 - Turn right to reach the monument, then left along the path to Péreille Castle (yellow markings).
    2 - Descend to the village of Péreille d'en Bas, cross the restored wash house, then the climbing site and finally the Péreille Gorges.
    3 - Take the path towards the Gorges (follow the biodiversity interpretation trail).
    4 - At the exit of the Gorges, return via the small road leading to the hamlet of Pichobaquo.

    Option: Fun walk - biodiversity interpretation trail.
    From the car park to the biodiversity information board, turn left (yellow markings) to join the site's interpretive trail. (No difficulty). Follow the gorge trail to Péreille d'en bas.
    Return via the same trail.
