Rose Festival

Join us for a family bike ride and take part in Camon’s rose festival without cars or parking worries. It’s an opportunity to (re)discover our pretty greenway that joins the Canal du Midi to Montségur and crosses our beautiful corner of Ariège, the Cathar Pyrenees, and exercise while having fun!

Several starting points are provided for a safe family and festive stroll along the greenway.

Practical info
Registration conditions

Bike parking will be available at the finish in Camon, on the voie verte. Don’t forget your lock or anti-theft device. These public spaces will not be guarded.
At Camon, a stand of the Office de Tourisme des Pyrénées Cathares will be set up nearby, where registrants can collect their T-shirts at the finish.
The Camon Tourist Office will be exceptionally open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and it will be possible for VAEs to recharge their batteries, or to drop them off at our premises in case of urgent need.
Depending on the weather, prepare accordingly, check your equipment, your safety gear (helmet…), remember to take water, sun cream or a raincoat!

Free registration for the event entitles you to a breakfast at the start and a T-shirt at the finish. Children’s registration is also free, but remains compulsory. Children must be accompanied by adults responsible for them.

By registering you are taking part in an operation to promote soft mobility, the Greenway and the Camon Rose Festival, but ABSOLUTELY NOT in a race or sporting event. Let’s pedal coolly in a relaxed atmosphere, respecting the safety rules of the highway code! You will ride in a friendly atmosphere and under your own responsibility, and the Office de tourisme des Pyrénées Cathares, cannot be held responsible for any incident or incivility at the start and all along the route to its end.
