Description
On his small farm at Larché, near Mirepoix, Thomas raises lambs and black pigs fed using his own cereals.
For Thomas, farming is much more than a job: it's a story of tradition. His father, also a sheep farmer, passed on this passion to him. From the age of six, Thomas knew he would become a farmer.
He raises his animals outdoors on his 60-hectare farm.
He favours quality over quantity and feeds his animals exclusively with cereals grown on his land, such as maize, barley and alfalfa. His approach respects GMO-free agriculture and has been certified organic since 2015.
Sales of his products, mainly lamb, are concentrated between April and September. He sells a large proportion of his produce directly, either at the farm. He can also be found at various markets.
